Attention to detail – The thought behind the vision
Without attention to detail, sophistication and elegance can be quickly lost. As passionate builders, we have travelled to some obscure places throughout the world in search of new ideas, innovation, and inspiration. Places such as Singapore, New York and Hanoi are certainly interesting places, full of free- spirited individuals and rising talents.

However, the more we travelled the more we came to appreciate what we have in our own back yard, with a melting pot of craftsman from all corners of the globe we certainly have craftsmen and companies of world standing. Companies and craftsmen, who are pushing the boundaries and exploring new concepts, for us at Devrite, it is imperative to maintain a sense of curiosity; it stimulates and drives our passion.
For us it is much more than simply the aesthetic and initial quoted cost of a building, particularly as this is rarely the true cost at the end of the journey. It is about doing the best for our clients, both now and also in the years to follow.
In our travels we have seen the global transition towards faster build times, the adoption of methods, and processes that do not stand the test of time and designs and use of materials that are not fit for purpose, trends which ultimately costs the unwary client much more than just the dollar value.
Ongoing maintenance, poor design elements and inappropriate material selection are very hard if not impossible to rectify retrospectively, and we see this playing an ever-increasing role in unprecedented levels of anxiety and stress in the lives of new home owners.
Every home Devrite builds is unique and tells its own story of a dream, a story that will have its own place in the history, and in the minds of the people who were brave enough to act on that dream. The very close bond that develops as our clients become connected to the people who shared in that dream, and the long-term relationships clients come to establish with the many craftsmen, companies and suppliers who turned that dream into a reality.
From conception though to completion clients go though the full range of emotions, from fear of the unknown, trepidation and uncertainty, as they take a leap of faith with what is probably the most significant financial and emotional decision they will make in their lives, right through to absolute joy and elation. For us there comes a point that is unwritten and unmarked, a point that we have come to recognize very distinctly when that fear and trepidation turns to trust. A trust that cannot be misplaced, it is sacred to us and of great personal pride and meaning.
They say people are blessed with 5 senses that help them navigate their way through life, and as the word implies, helps each individual get a sense of what is going on around them, and to a degree how they feel, any one or any combination of these senses can send a powerful message to the brain that can impact positively or negatively on the experiences of their build journey.
From the early planning and design stage, right through the build journey to completion and beyond, we endeavour to positively stimulate these senses by sharing futuristic visions and experiences
Even before the first brick is put in place, we at Devrite Homes of Distinction know our clients are already, through a heightened awareness, imagining the ambiance of their new home, the sights, the smells, the sounds the feel and the tastes of what the future can bring.
